Sam Hucke has been licensed to practice law in Wyoming since 2012. His current practice focuses on family law matters including divorce, custody and visitation, paternity, guardianships and adoptions. In addition to his private family law practice, Sam also represents parents in abuse and neglect actions filed in Juvenile court. Prior to launching Wyoming Legal Group, Sam worked in positions that enabled him to have broad exposure to different practices areas, courts, and clients facing the spectrum of legal problems.
In the past, Sam has worked for a legal aid organization assisting indigent clients with problems such as evictions, highly contested divorce and custody matters, consumer debt collection cases, and social security disability claims. Sam has also worked as a Deputy County Attorney and Special Assistant Attorney General in his capacity as the Staff Attorney for Natrona County Child Support Department where he handled a caseload of approximately 5,000 cases and appeared in district court for in excess of 500 court appearances per year. In addition to his work as a practicing attorney, Sam has also worked professionally as an independent Landman on behalf of exploration and production companies in the oil and gas industry. Sam draws upon his professional experiences to craft solutions to the unique problems and circumstances his clients face.
